DocVault has no server-side account — your vault lives on your device, and you can erase it instantly. Here's how, plus how to reach any data you've sent us directly.
DocVault has no server account holding your documents, so there's nothing for us to delete on our end — your vault only exists on your device (and in your own Google Drive/iCloud, if you turned on cloud backup). To erase it completely, right now:
If you also enabled cloud backup, delete the backup file from your Google Drive or iCloud account separately (it's stored in each service's hidden app-data area — see our Privacy Policy for how to find it) — or simply revoke DocVault's access from your Google Account / iCloud settings.
The only data Zenerly holds about you at all is what you've given us directly through this website — for example, a name and email submitted to the early-access list, or a message sent to support. Submit a request below and we'll locate and permanently delete anything tied to that email address.
We may retain minimal information as required by law (e.g. records needed for tax or legal compliance) for the period required by applicable regulation, after which it is purged. Since DocVault holds no document content or vault data on any server to begin with, there is none to retain once your request is processed.
